Dispatch time

Dispatch time is the time it take us to pack, process and get your shipment ready for collection by our couriers and subsequently delivery.

Please note all dispatches are handled depending on if the stock is “In Stock” or has to be made I.E. “Made to Order”. If you order something that is “In Stock” and something that is “Made to Order” our dispatch will be the longest scale, I.E “Made to Order”

All orders will be with you at the latest 5-7 days after purchase however we aim to get you your goods even faster. You can call us at anytime to check on your order. 02033933925

We have an order cutoff time of 2:30PM because we don’t have the staff to continue to fulfill orders throughout the day.

If you order before 2:30PM every working day your item will be shipped the following day within 1 working day.

If you order after 2:30PM any day your item will be dispatched within 2 working days.

All weekend orders will be considered as Monday Orders and thus will be posted out on the Tuesday.

Examples:

Jane Orders at 7:30PM on a Thursday, Hyper-Fitness will dispatch on Tuesday.

John Orders at 8:30AM on a Saturday, Hyper-Fitness will dispatch on Tuesday.

Fred Orders at 2:20PM on a Monday, Hyper-Fitness will dispatch on Tuesday.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 – 2-3 working days(including Saturday) – Free Delivery (orders with more than 3 times and above £120) otherwise £9.99

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – 1-2 working days(including Saturday)

Royal Mail Special Delivery – 1 working day (excluding Saturday)
